What kind of jobs can you do?

Lots!

Leaky faucets and pipes, clogs, water heaters, maintenance, home repair, smart appliance setup, fixture installation, furniture assembly, landscape work.

Any type of work that requires city permits is not within my scope of practice.

РPlease include your name, location, and the nature of your problem, and I will respond within 30 minutes IF I am available to help.

Please be aware that I am an individual – not a corporation – so I do not have a clerk or staff, nor am I available 24/7.

However, I will do my best to solve your problem as soon as possible!

How much do you charge?

My rate is $85 hourly, or $155 hourly with a helper present (currently most jobs need a helper due to urgency).

Due to the Winter Storm situation, I am NOT charging emergency rates, but am prioritizing the most urgent needs first.

I am currently not working after-hours, but WILL BE available 7 days a week until further notice.

Forms of payment I accept include checks, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Paypal. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Can I get a free estimate?

Absolutely! In fact, I recommend it – because a free estimate will ensure that we are both clear about what the project entails, how quickly it will be completed, and the total fee for the job.

Where are you located?

I am in north Austin. My service area includes North, Central, and South Austin, as well as the following major areas:

Lakeway, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Hutto, Georgetown, Bear Creek, Bee Cave, Pflugerville, Manor, Dripping Springs, Leander, Buda…

Do you hire other workers?

Not usually. I have a very small circle of trusted professionals that I may hire for larger projects. If this is needed for your project, I will let you know in advance.

Is your work guaranteed?

I personally guarantee any work I do to be free of human error.

If I fix something for you, and it fails within 7 days, I will come back to ensure the job is done right! However, I cannot be held accountable for faulty parts that I did not install, user error, wear and tear, etc.

Do you have any references or reviews?

Yes! I am collecting reviews and examples of my prior projects to post here.

In the meantime, I am happy to provide professional references on request. My prior clients and colleagues can vouch for my excellent standard of workmanship.
